100 years of UFU: Farming through the years

Save Time Save Lives

We are supporting Air Ambulance Northern Ireland

Until recently, Northern Ireland was the only UK region without an air ambulance. The service, which is funded through a charity, needs to raise £2 million a year to operate. Farm safety is an important area of work for the Union and we believe this life-saving service is a major benefit to farmers and rural communities.  The air ambulance gets emergency medical services to the countryside quickly, ultimately improving the chances of someone injured and saving lives.

For more information about the air ambulance visit www.airambulanceni.org

Buy your centenary calendar and help the UFU raise £100,000 for Air Ambulance NI.

As part of its centenary celebrations the UFU has produced a commemorative calendar. The photos, taken by our members, are the winning entries from the 2017 UFU photo competition. At least £5 from each calendar will go to the charity.
